All inclusive audiovisual

Woudschoten has 140 modern hotel rooms and 30 unique meeting rooms, suitable for small and large groups. All conference rooms overlook the wooded surroundings. Each conference room has a beamer, a screen, flipchart, sound system, and connections for laptop, camera and microphones. The audiovisual resources mentioned are always included in renting a conference room. When organizing a business event you get a conference room with an excellent sound system with mixer, 1 microphone of your choice, connection for recording equipment and technical assistance during your business event. So you pay nothing extra for that.

YOUR OWN NETWORK

Woudschoten is connected to a fiber optic network with a speed of up to 500 Mbps Up and Down. For the cabling in the building is also opted for fiber optic for optimal speed. Logging in to the WiFi network once is sufficient for internet connection in the entire building. If you enter another wing, you do not need to log in again. The network is suitable for accessing the Internet simultaneously with 1,000 devices. By using 56 Acces points, all rooms are provided with optimum wireless coverage. In the halls it is also possible to connect to the network with a cable. The network makes it possible to access your own company network with a guaranteed speed of 280 mbit through a VPN connection.
