Woudschoten can offer you a suitable package for all your meetings. Always based on your wishes, the composition of the company and your budget.
We use a clear pricing policy with fixed meeting packages that include room hire, Wi-Fi and the most common audiovisual equipment.
Do you want direct contact? Our reservation department is always available during office hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Outside of these hours, the reception will ensure that a reservation officer contacts you as soon as possible.

WIFI FOR ALL GUESTS

There is always a good wifi connection available, without logging in. We also have possibilities for our own network. Wood shots is connected to a fiber optic network with one speed of up to 500 Mbps Up and Down. 1 x logging in to the Wi-Fi network is sufficient for internet connection in the entire building. If you enter another wing, you do not need to log in again. The network is suitable for accessing the Internet simultaneously with 1,000 devices. By using 56 Acces points, all rooms are equipped with wireless optimal coverage. In the halls it is also possible to connect to the network with a cable. The network makes it possible to access your own company network through a VPN connection.

AUDIOVISUAL

We work with advanced audiovisual resources, because we use the latest high tech developments and products. You have: a beamer, a screen, flipchart, sound system and connections for laptop, camera and microphones. Our expert technicians provide professional support. Would you like to have your presentation tested on a laptop beforehand? Then contact us.

The mentioned audiovisual means are included as standard when renting a room. So you pay nothing extra for that. If you also need extra or special facilities, we will hire them in consultation with you.

QUOTATION

If you request a quote from us, you will receive it within 24 hours! At large meetings and conferences we would like to make an appointment with you to present the quotation. If you book with us more often, you have a permanent contact person at Woudschoten.
