Woudschoten can put together a package for your meeting to suit your needs, the make-up of your group and your budget. Woudschoten has three wings with 30 different meeting rooms and two large restaurants with outdoor terraces. You can also choose to hold all or part of your meeting outdoors. So, you might want to hold a brainstorming session outdoors, or kick off your meeting in our amphitheatre, or have an appetising lunch served on the terrace.
We operate a clear pricing policy. Our prices are always fully inclusive, with set packages that include room hire, powerful WiFi and standard audio-visual equipment. For example, an 8-hour meeting package is set at €83.50 all-inclusive. Do you have specific requirements? We are happy to arrange these for you. We will discuss your requirements with you and agree a set price per participant that will then be included in the quotation. Room hire is also included in this price; so all-inclusive really does mean all-inclusive!
We can also arrange hybrid meetings. In a hybrid meeting, some of the guests are in the room and others are not. These individuals will then attend by video call, for example. Many international events like to offer this option to guests, but it can also be good to provide this facility for large meetings too.
