The right meeting room in Utrecht

Woudschoten Hotel & Conference Centre on the outskirts of Utrecht offers 30 meeting rooms and training venues across the three wings of our building. Each wing has its own unique character, décor and layout. We will work with you to decide which conference room best suits the aim of your meeting, and it will be presented in the layout most suited to effectively facilitating your meeting or training course.

The Woudvleugel

The Forest Wing is our conference wing with a spacious foyer, several function rooms, modern hotel rooms and a private bar for socialising. The name Forest Wing reflects the unique orientation of this wing looking out on the forest on every side, the forest of Woudschoten (woud = ‘woods’ in English). This orientation was specifically chosen to bring the outdoors in and create a restful feel. The Forest Wing is ideal for larger groups and events where there are several speakers or training sessions going on at the same time.

The Villa

The Villa is Woudschoten’s original building. It has a lounge, dinner restaurant, a number of attractive meeting rooms as well as comfortable hotel rooms.  The Villa is also home to the beautiful chapel. In 2017, the Chapel was fully refurbished and modernised to create the perfect theatre space along with a balcony. The name Villa was chosen to reflect the heritage and character of the building. This part of the hotel is often perceived as more intimate, making it ideal for corporate training or events.

The Atrium

Woudschoten opened the third wing – the Atrium – in April 2009. The Atrium is our training and meeting wing with a spacious reception area, a number of break-out conference rooms and offering Superior hotel rooms. The name Atrium was chosen in recognition of the height of the foyer and its specific architectural style. It makes the perfect venue if you want to create an impression for guests or offer employees a premium experience at an event.
