This is something we keep in mind at all times and our whole offer including in terms of facilities is aimed at creating the backdrop for successful development. A venue that is easily accessible from several motorways and where your attendees can drive up to the door and park for free? Then now’s the time to get to know Woudschoten on the outskirts of Utrecht! Woudschoten is an exceptional location in which to run courses and hold training sessions.
Training venues in various shapes and sizes
Every training session or course is different and needs the right location and layout. Woudschoten offers a large number of rooms that can be set up in different configurations to suit your needs. We offer 30 different attractive training venues for groups from 8 to 350 people. All rooms are equipped with the latest audio-visual tools as standard. We have fast, secure WiFi without login that is permanently available for use by all attendees. This also makes the rooms suitable for hybrid meetings.
Layout options
We can offer the following layouts for your training session:
- Theatre: seats are arranged in rows one behind the other. Participants do not have a table.
- Cabaret: tables with chairs are distributed around the room.
- U-shape: here the tables are arranged in a ‘U’, so that the speaker can see all the participants clearly.
- School layout: the participants sit at desks arranged in rows.
- Carré: tables with seats are arranged in a square configuration.

Additional facilities
Looking to start your training session with a hearty breakfast, continue it after a sociable lunch or end the day with an appetising evening meal? We can provide catering support for your training course in various forms. There are also areas where attendees can take a break away from the room between sessions. All venues are close to an outdoor location where participants can step outside to get a breath of fresh air.
Multi-day courses and training sessions
Looking to organise a multi-day course or several training sessions? Here too, Woudschoten is ideally set up to meet your needs with more than 140 comfortable rooms offering overnight accommodation for participants. Our venue has plenty of space and options for participants to eat or have drinks together outside the training course, as well as to unwind and switch off, such as by taking a walk in our beautiful grounds.
