When you come to us, you are a world away from a standard business hotel. Instead, you can expect a stylish conference hotel with a relaxed, informal atmosphere set in wooded parkland on our own estate in the Utrecht region. Whether you are hosting an annual meeting, celebratory dinner, conference, event, seminar or workshop, we have the perfect venue for your business event – for anything from 100 to 350 people. We can also offer options for hybrid events.
The right venue for the right number of people
When you are choosing a venue for a conference, the number of guests is an important factor: you don’t want the room to seem empty or, conversely, too cramped. So, it makes sense to think about how many guests you expect ahead of time and choose the appropriate venue accordingly. At conference centre Woudschoten, you can choose from more than 30 conference and meeting rooms, each of which can be configured individually to suit the needs of your event.
The right layout for your needs
In addition to the number of people, the goal of your business event or conference will partly determine the room or rooms you need. For example, you would need a different layout for a presentation than, say, an interactive workshop. Based on your requirements, we will work out how many seats you need and the best way to configure the space. Everything will be in place and ready for when your conference starts, so you are free to devote yourself to hosting duties.
Space and exclusive use
When you are hosting hundreds of guests, clearly it is preferable to give your guests the run of the place for your conference. At Woudschoten, we offer exclusive hire for conferences in a self-contained wing with plenary rooms, break-out rooms, and a private foyer with space for stands and a private cloakroom. This ensures your guests do not have to navigate the rest of the building to get to meetings, makes your conference more personal and helps keep guests together in one place.
